Your day begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech at 7:00 AM. We then head to our first birdwatching destination, the Tensift River, arriving at approximately 8:00 AM. This location is home to a variety of bird species, including the Black-crowned Tchagra, Desert Sparrow, Tristram’s Warbler, Common Bulbul, and Black Kite. As you explore the riverbanks, your guide will help you identify different species and explain their behaviors.

At 10:00 AM, we continue our journey to the Agafay Desert, a stunning rocky expanse that provides habitat for desert-adapted birds such as the Desert Lark, Hoopoe Lark, Temminck’s Lark, Fulvous Babbler, and Cream-colored Courser. Here, you will have time to walk through the landscape and observe the birds in their natural environment, taking in the beauty of Morocco’s semi-arid wilderness.
